30 days of creativity – Day 17 – Sprog and a mobile phone rant

30 day creativity challenge Day  17, child playing on tablet

Quick sketch of my son playing on our lovely new Samsung Galaxy Tab. Behind the main drawing is his arm, when he moved to lean back and stroke Scumspawn the cat, but he kept moving and there is no way I can draw a moving hand.

The tablet came ‘free’ with the doggiest piece of shit phone I have ever had in my life; the Samsung Galaxy Ace.

If you want a phone that seizes up everytime you want to make a phone call, check your Facebook or text someone, then this is the phone for you. It’s a total pile of shit. It can’t cope with more than 3 apps on it, there are loads of totally useless space taking up apps installed already for you, that you can’t take off unless you root the phone and invalidate the warranty. I might drive over the fucking thing and they can stick their¬†warranty where the sun don’t shine.

Haiku time, on my state of mind

Fucking Idiot

Why did you do it like that?

I hope you hurt too.

You can see the reason this started and the rest of the days here – http://www.ragbaby.co.uk/1120-2/

And if you want to join in we have a Facebook group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/154085144775381/
Over on Crackbook a bunch of us are going to be working through Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain: A Course in Enhancing Creativity and Artistic Confidence

The first exercises are to draw a self portrait, your hand and something else I can’t remember so you can see improvement. Then you move onto drawing a vase from a silhouette. You can see the vase exercise here – http://drawright.com/vaceface.htm.

The plan is to do an exercise every Sunday from the book.
